What Sets MadCasino Apart in Canada

Provincial sites such as PlayNow, Loto-Québec's online casino or PlayAlberta pair one welcome offer with a domestic licence. MadCasino works the other way round: an offshore licence, but three paths at registration — a five-step slots package, a three-step sports package or no bonus. The 777% figure is the sum of the five steps (200% + 150% + 150% + 100% + 177%), and €7,500 is the sum of their caps, so it only adds up for players who plan several deposits.

The sportsbook side is broader than many casino-first sites: the home page lists ice hockey, baseball, basketball, soccer and cybersport, and a separate Predictions section opens prediction markets. Troubleshooting Login Issues

Wrong password? Press Forgot password? and follow the emailed link; check spam or promotions folders if it does not arrive. On Android, clear Chrome's cache and site data, then reload. On an iPhone, disable content blockers for the site in Safari or switch to Chrome. On Windows, update the browser or try a private window, since older versions and strict security extensions can block the login form. Do not switch on a VPN to get around a problem, because the terms prohibit it. If the problem continues, open live chat or email support@madcasino.io from your registered address with your device, browser and the exact error.

No official iOS or Android app was confirmed during this check. We did not test the mobile layout. Do not download APK files or mirror apps unless they are confirmed by the official casino. MadCasino's own About page says every game runs in the browser without a download. If you want an icon on your phone, use "Add to Home Screen" in your browser — it simply bookmarks the site.

The offer cards publish amounts in euros; the archived Canadian home page showed the slots package as C$7,500, so check which currency your account uses. Slots Package: Five Deposits, Five Caps

Step one matches 200% up to €500 with 10x wagering, so a €250 deposit already reaches the cap. Steps two and three give 150% up to €1,000 and €2,000 with only 5x, step four 100% up to €3,000 with 10x, and step five 177% up to €1,000 with 10x. Claim each step in Promotions before the matching deposit. The cards leave out the minimum deposit, the claim deadline and whether wagering counts bonus only or deposit plus bonus, so open the step's terms before paying. While the bonus runs, keep every spin at or below €10 (or the equivalent), avoid buying bonus features, and play only eligible slots; live tables do not count. Converted winnings are capped at 25 times the bonus.

Sports Package for Hockey and Other Bets

Bettors can swap the slots package for three sports steps: 100% up to €500, 50% up to €1,000 and 100% up to €2,000, each with 5x wagering. The bonus works in the sportsbook only. Each single bet placed with bonus money must have decimal odds of at least 1.80 (−125 in American odds, the format many Canadian bettors know); the terms treat lower odds as a breach that can cost you the related winnings. Weekly Reloads and VIP Cashback

The weekly slots box holds four reloads: Wednesday 100% up to €1,000 with 20x, Friday 200% up to €1,000, Saturday 150% up to €2,000 and Sunday 100% up to €3,500, each with 25x. Sports bettors get a Tuesday boost of 100% up to €500 and a Friday reload of 100% up to €1,000, both with 7x. Since only one bonus can be active at a time, finish or cancel one reload before taking the next. The 20% cashback on the home page is labelled "VIP-customers only", and its rules are not published.

Bonus Terms You Must Check

• Deposit and bonus sit in the bonus balance; cancel before the first bet to get the deposit back as cash.
• Maximum bet with a bonus: €10 or the equivalent.
• Conversion caps: 25x for casino deposit bonuses, 10x for sports bonuses.
• No feature buys while a bonus is active; all live casino games and a long list of slots are excluded.

The casino mentions a VIP program, but level names and reward mechanics were not fully disclosed at the time of checking. All that is public is a "Cashback 20%" badge on the home page with the note that cashback is valid for VIP customers only. We found no tier table, no points system, no information on whether VIP status is by invitation, and no word on personal managers or higher withdrawal limits for VIPs.

For Canadian players this matters more than usual, because provincial sites publish their loyalty rules in full and are overseen by a regulator. At MadCasino the only firm rule is that cashback belongs to VIP customers, and the public pages say nothing about how a regular account becomes one.

The cashback itself lacks key details: the basis (net losses or total stakes), the payment schedule, a maximum amount and any wagering on the refund. No active tournaments were visible during the latest check. MadCasino's home page, menu and all four Promotions boxes list deposit bonuses only, with no leaderboard, prize pool or schedule. We will update this section if leaderboard campaigns appear. Until then, compare the weekly reloads instead, and check the game window of slots from providers that run their own network prize drops. MadCasino's live tables come from Winfinity Live, Iconic21, XPG, 7Mojos Live and Vivo, as shown on the home page; Evolution and Pragmatic Live were not seen. Table limits are not listed in the lobby, so stakes are marked as not disclosed below. We did not test the streams on desktop or phones. None of them count towards casino bonus wagering. Deposit Options

Minimum deposits depend on the method and appear on the Deposit page; according to the FAQ, most payments are credited instantly or within minutes and the casino adds no fee. Use only accounts and cards in your own name. Some Canadian banks block or flag gambling transactions on credit cards; if a card payment is declined, ask your bank before trying another method in your own name. For crypto, copy the wallet address shown at that moment: the terms warn that funds sent to an old address may be lost. If you claim a bonus, do it in Promotions before paying.

The interface is available in English, French and ten other languages, so Quebec players can switch the site to French, but the casino does not state which languages chat agents speak. The chat button stays reachable from the mobile menu. For anything involving money or self-exclusion, follow up in writing by email so you have a record with a date and time, which helps if a complaint is needed later.

How to File a Complaint

Raise the issue in live chat first; the dispute resolution policy aims to close chat cases within two weeks and to update complex ones within eight weeks. If that fails, email complaints@madcasino.io with your username, the date, the game or transaction and screenshots. Email complaints may take up to 60 working days. Game-result disputes must be filed within seven days and other complaints within one month.
